Willingcott is a collection of eco-friendly homes set in over 100 acres of stunning North Devon countryside, located only two miles from Woolacombes award winning beach.
Willingcott will be created over three phases, each one will bring additional facilities and amenities; cafe, indoor swimming pool, nature trails and much more. Adding to the clubhouse, outdoor heated pool and play areas already on site.
Each phase is aptly named after the surroundings in which they sit. The first launched in August 2021 and is named The Vista, with The Lakes and The Woods to follow.
